Fiber Glass & Spray Foam Insulation Solutions

Insulation helps your home or business more easily maintain a comfortable temperature by preventing heat from entering or leaving by radiating through the walls. INSULATION WORX provides thermal insulation, spray foam insulation, and other solutions throughout Seattle and the surrounding areas to help lower energy bills and keep you comfortable.

Radiant Barrier

A radiant barrier typically goes in the attic of a home, and is generally the option for those who don't want to spend a lot of money at the time. The barrier keeps the inside and outside of your home separated, and allows for minimal heat transfer between the two. This also minimizes use of the HVAC system in your home by maintaining a more stable temperature. We provide a free home inspection with this and all services, which are billed by square footage. Residential Spray Foam Insulation

Spray Foam Insulation

Spray foam insulation is one of the most popular products on the market. Though many people are surprised by the higher cost, it's a very high-quality option that's well worth the price. While there are more affordable options, like fiberglass, you won't get the same results from them that you will spray foam.

Spray foam creates a continuous barrier on walls, roofs, around corners, and on many surfaces in and around your home or building. The foam is created by mixing two liquids that react very quickly, expanding and hardening almost on contact to create a rigid foam substance. The result insulates, fills gaps, and creates a barrier against moisture and vapor.

Crawl Space Restoration

Crawl space insulation is incredibly important to keep heating and cooling cost down. No matter the problem and no matter the extent of the damage, Insulation Worx will solve the issue. From removing crawl space insulation to replacing the vapor barrier, you can trust Insulation Worx with all your crawl space issues.

Sump Pumps

Crawl Space Sump Pumps/Drainage Systems

Hydrostatic pressure below your home will push water from below the footings of your home and into your crawl space or basement. Water build up in your crawl space will cause mold and mildew. A crawl space drainage installation requires the edge of the concrete floor to be removed and trenched. Perforated drain line is laid into the trench and surrounded by stone, creating a continuous capillary break that leads water to a sump liner or sump pit. An important part of a sealed crawl space is a reliable sump pump system. Without one, your crawl space will still be vulnerable to groundwater, as well as unnoticed plumbing leaks. We specialize in making your crawl space safe, and free of moisture, mildew, mold and fungus.

Rodent Exclusion

Unfortunately, due to the area we live in, crawl spaces are often the perfect shelter for unwanted pests. Rodents nest in your crawl space and attics destroying ducts and their droppings are toxic. Insulation Worx will come in and safely remove these pests, their harmful droppings, and repair any damage they may have caused. We seal all rodent entry points keeping them out for good.

Drill Blow

Drill and Fill Exterior Walls

Older homes mostly built between 1900-1980's are likely to have no insulation in the walls at all, unless they have already been upgraded. These homes will have 2x4 rough framed exterior wall, often balloon framed, and are perfect candidates for what we call the "Drill, Blow, and Patch." We drill holes in each wall cavity from either the inside or outside and blow in insulation. This is an easy process and all holes drilled would be patched as if nothing ever happened.
